7. Payments and Refunds

Payments for token packs or subscriptions are processed via secure third-party providers. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in euros (EUR) or U.S. dollars (USD).

All purchases are final. Refunds are only granted in cases of:

  • Unauthorized charges proven to be fraudulent

  • Legal obligations under consumer protection laws
